Good and great location and the hotel is fairly clean. There is plenty of good food for breakfast. The service is great, includes secure parking.

I spent 8 nights here and truly enjoyed that. It was welcome base for traveling to Santo Domingo, I was glad to stay there. All of the staff was amiable and nice. Location: the hotel was just next door to the malls, restaurants, and shopping as well as Santo Domingo. Had tea and goodies at Grand's Cafeteria and Bar, nestled 1 mi of the property.

The staff were helpful, especially Ramon at the reception who facilitated my taxi upon checkout, and the maintenance guy who rescued me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. Despite the friendly service, the wifi barely worked in my room and the hotel restaurant was never open , disappointing. The location was convenient, with safe walking access to food and pharmacies.

I gotta say, the pool was nice to unwind in after a long day, and the breakfast wasn't too shabby either-nice fresh juice and eggs. Plus, the staff were willing to bring extra towels without me even asking !
But honestly, it wasn't exactly dirt cheap.
